Scam company!! I bought a car there recently, the look of the car is fine . But the car have serious problem that they didn’t told us . When we take car home for a day , the warning appeared till now. They bring our car to garage and fixed but car getting worse and didn’t cure the problem. The garage send them a bill to fixed our car but they run away , didn’t want to pay and leave us a broken car . We pay nearly £20000 for the car . Don’t buy a car here! They are SCAMMER!!!

400 mile / 2 day trip wasted trip, but WHY?? Enquired over a few days about an E Type Jaguar, Zaib was brilliant at the start answering all our questions and gaining our confidence in their company. We agreed a sale price, trade-in price and a date for collection. We travelled to Portsmouth, but over half way there he rang & said that an emissions light had come on & they were taking the car to Jaguar at Chichester for diagnosis ... We both agreed to continue travelling to see the car at Jaguar in the hope it could be fixed shortly or collected later, we could at least see the car. We arrived at Jaguar & they had not seen or heard from A1, we waited 1.5hrs - nothing. I called Zaib numerous times - no answer. Eventually I travelled to their offices. Zaib looked shocked to see see me & said he'd been busy with another customer. He said there was a delay sending the car to Jaguar but it would be going in the morning & He would call me first thing. Guess what - no call at all, no reply to messages. We don't know what happened to the car, except that he seemed to be talking to his boss. called 'Ali' - this bloke seems to call the shots. Jaguar never did receive the car for diagnosis, it was all lies - I spoke at length with a lovely sales guy there & checked back. This place is a sham, it's supposed to have about 20 cars for sale, they haven't got room for half a dozen. It's a shabby back-street setup & I wouldn't ever touch them with a barge-pole again. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & EFFORT

First and foremost from my experience I am glad I didn't look at the reviews before buying this expensive M4. I had seen the m4 for a good deal and come to test drive it and was happy with the car. The sale was quick and swift. A month later I had sensor problems and sparkplug issues. The car came with 3 months warranty, I had dropped the car back to Portsmouth for a warranty repair. Zaid had brought the car back to London free of charge with half tank fuel and cleaned the car. The level of after care I had recieved is outstanding. Good customer service and communication, very friendly too. Thank you

I bought my car from here and only later read the reviews which greatly worried me. However Zaib was brilliant from start right through to the finish, from buying, sorting MOT etc and promptly dealt with an issue that was only noticed a month later. Can honestly say it was really good customer service including from the young lady in the office. Phew really relieved as cars are not my thing. Thank you again for your kindness & professionalism. I went here to test drive a car, but on arrival, I was asked to sign a form agreeing to cover ultimate costs for any damage that might occur during the test drive, and that I wouldn't claim on the owners insurance in the event of an accident. This felt like a red flag to me personally, so I left without looking at the car.
