Very honest and efficient service. My VW tiguan dashboard show engine and air bag signs then I call VW for fixing. They reply each sign diagnose need to pay£150.00 + VAT £360.00 then original Cost. I decided not go VW and contact my old garage. He was spent very short time for fixing it and didn't want to any money. Over the 30+ years my whole family use him. I have used this garage several times now and each time I get a great service. I always feel I get value and reliable advice. It's taken me a long time to switch from using a trusted garage from my hometown outside of London (in Wales) but I can honestly say I wouldn't go elsewhere than Lofty's garage here in London. They're a good bunch, always helpful, kind and will go out of their way to ensure you are treated well (and not ripped off with London prices).
