    Asked for a quotation, someone came measured up. I have one huge window and he struggled measuring it at the time. When the fitter came to fit the blind for some reason his ladders weren’t big enough to complete the job. So left , no word in when will be back, nothing. I called up to ask what was going on and spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful. She told me it would be past onto customer services. Unfortunately customer services aren’t interested in complaints. She unhelpful and abrupt. And I requested to speak to a manager I was told you have to put it in writing to speak to a manager. Shame this company was recommended to me. Am not waiting to see what happens next. Still waiting.

    Trevor came out and measured for my venetian blinds last Wednesday. He was very nice, had samples and talked me through the various options. I had a written quote from a competitor which was considerably less expensive. As I was a previous A1 customer Trevor made a call to a manager and a much more favourable price was agreed. I have to say that A1 were much more professional than the competitor in every way. The new blinds were fitted this afternoon by Mark who completed the job quickly and with no mess. I don't hesitate to recommend A1 Blinds and would definitely use them again if needed.
