zero stars. DO NOT USE. A1 quoted a job and lead time and then proceeded to lie about the status of the job and delivery date. finally resulting in me having to drive over there to collect my parts. No care was given to myself as a customer nor any respect for the supply chain. Having been lied to to my face I can honestly say this has been my worst business to business experience. £100's of pounds of damage done to the supply chain not to mention customer relations.

Asked for blasting and a clear anodised factory finish. Paid for postage to be sent out within a week.. the finish is a mess and I had to go and get them 3 months later. Got given a pig ignorant attitude when challenged.
