Rude and baffling man down the phone. I asked to book a journey and before I’d finished my sentence he said they had no available cars. I explained it was for later in the week and he said okay. I then tried to book a taxi out plus a return journey and after booking the first trip he wouldn’t let me book the second. When I asked why he said rudely because there was six people on hold waiting down the line. So unnecessary and a clear failure to do the job properly. Needless to say I won’t be travelling with them.
