Took a denim jacket which was too large and had it custom fit to be made slimmer. The back was altered but the hem was kept the same width for some reason so the fitting looked odd. Had to go back a few times as I wasn’t happy with the fit and had to work out for myself that the hem wasn’t adjusted. Overall service was decent and would recommend only if you know exactly what needs to be done.

I had a last minute job and they more than came through. They had to adjust two blazers (the arm and back) as well as two trousers (the length). I handed them the clothes on Saturday and they delivered by Monday evening. Fantastic service, the fitting is absolutely perfect and all that they promised. A velvet suit alter - sleeves and trousers. A coat alter - sleeves. A very well fitted and an excellent job. However, found it a little expensive but I think with the job that needed to be done it was okay. The lady in the Luton shop was really helpful and so pleasant - highly recommend.
