I purchased flooring from this company last year Andy was the consultant who was very helpful and polite recommending Marc to fit the flooring who again was polite efficient and fitted the flooring with no mess, when I needed some interior doors this year I returned to A Wood Idea who where extremly helpful and patient, and again Marc was the fitter and completed the work quickly and again no mess, I would reccomend A Wood Idea to anyone a very good company. Just had my new floor laid today. Have to say the service from start to finish was excellent! Firstly, Mark Nee in the show room went above and beyond to make sure I had plenty of samples to choose. His knowledge was amazing because I didn’t have a clue what getting a new floor entailed. He kept in contact from start to finish! Dave from DJB joinery who fitted the floor was an excellent tradesman! Most tidy tradesman Iv met! His workmanship and attention to detail shows. I will definitely be dealing with these two again! Many thanks guys!!
