We do not usually respond to a reply from the owner of a business but in this case we make an exception as libel is a serious offence. This company NEVER told us we were on proforma. We paid every invoice when we got the invoice and in particular when we received satisfactory goods. Their reply attempts to conjure up a distraction from the reality of their bad service. Our company has documentary evidence of their failings in getting orders made, sub standard workmanship see the photos they are evidence in themselves of what we had to endure. They made a false statement that we had a casting plant but couldn’t get it to work - we only purchased the equipment last week. We welcome any legal action they wish to take as the damming evidence will prove beyond any doubt what bad service we had and bad quality see a few of the photos we have.
