Removed chimney, tiled over, matching tiles. Removed and re-bedded all hip and ridge tiles. Clad end gable. Replaced all broken or slipped tiles. Andy gave a competitive quote, thoroughly written up. He explained exactly what was needed and why. He turned up on time, worked quickly and thoroughly with his small team. Decent bunch of lads. Completed everything he quoted for, and some extra bits I didn't expect but he included as part of doing the job thoroughly and properly. Stuck to his quote, properly decent job all round and left the site clear and tidy. I've been undertaking a full refurb project, and Andy is one of only a few of the trades I've used that I would whole heartedly recommend.

I don't often write reviews but felt that Andy and his team deserved one and I can't recommend them enough. I needed some pointing done and slate tiles replaced - i had some extremely high quot, s to the point of doing my self - however Andy was recommended from a neighbour so give him a ring. He was very polite and helpful on the phone. Very Professional. He said he would ring back to arrange a visit to assess the roof and he did, time arranged like many others and he turned up on time. He assessed the work that was required and quoted for the work. It was the best price by far and for work that was needed not other bits i wasn't asking for. He fully understood what i needed and wanted and don't try getting work for bits i didn't need or want. I was impressed from the start. We booked him to do the work. He estimated it would be 2 or 3 days worth of work, he was bang on, he turned up early each day, worked non stop. He had a fantastic work ethic, didn't stop, he was happy to go the extra mile and not only do a good job but an excellent job. He made sure we were happy each day and explained what was needed next so i was fully aware of where we were. at the end of the job there was no mess or anything for us to do or sort, other then pay - which i was more then happy to do. He is professional, hard working, friendly, trustworthy and helpful - I cant recommend him and his company enough. I will use again with no hesitation. All the best many thanks.
