have tried ringing the various differing telephone numbers throughout the day with no luck at all. i then went into their 'online chat' service, gave all the details, sat at the computer for 25 minutes & just like the phones, no replay whatsoever! just looked at the 'upcoming funerals' only to see it isn't up to date so as its now late afternoon & im going to give up.

Sandra was kind, compassionate, understanding and extremely thoughtful when dealing with me and my 2 step children after the passing of our favourite person. She actually listened to what we wanted. Sandra was very professional, organised and took care of every small detail. She truly cared about us and what our loss meant to us and other members of our family. I was really Pleased to learn that Sandra from A.V.Ridouts was nominated to be the funeral Director for my family, she was caring thorough precise and nothing was too much trouble for her, and immaculately presented. This was for for my uncles funeral taken care off by Wilton Funeral Directors. The service was outstanding , and was a very personal bespoke funeral, nothing was too much trouble for Staff involved at Wiltons. Day and night, somebody was able to be in professional assistance. The Hearse driver upon request drove the specialised route with professionalism and dignity. Every aspect from beggining to end went as perfectly as I could have wished for . My uncle would have been proud.
