We were overcharged. Due to a blown fuse this electrician was contacted. The trip takes 18-20 minutes each way and he was there for a total of 5 minutes. We received an invoice for 90 minutes of labour. We tried to discuss this with Andrew but he stated that it was increased due to it being an emergency call-out and then rounded up. There's already a £40 existing emergency callout fee added onto the bill. We felt this was totally unacceptable. I would avoid using this electrician.
