I was very interested in a safe from this company, they have a good website. The site does not give shipping costs it says you have to call. I called 15th January just after 11am and spoke to a lady. She took my details, post code and phone number and what safe I wanted. She said he would call back with a quote. 24 hours later no quote so I emailed them and asked if they had a shipping price yet? It is now 22nd Jan and still no response. I have now had to search again and luckily I found a company who responded and gave me a price. I do not like to leave a negative review for a company but what else can a consumer do?
