Ordered a tonne of top soil which was delivered to the house round the corner and tipped onto their lawn. No apology or attempt to come and remove it from the lawn. I was told over phone " well it can't be that do far". We had to remove it ourselves one wheelbarrow are a time. Top soil seems finew, but customer service shocking.
