Delivery came over a week late and had items missing. Had to rearrange a family get-together twice as the delivery day kept changing. Still waiting for a refund on the items that were missing from the order. Apart from that, the food was great. Just a shame the delivery issues left such a bad taste in my mouth.

I was apprehensive due to the poor reviews, which I feel sadly has probably affected this poor man’s business; do not fear, place your order because if you don’t you are missing out! Joe kept in contact with me through all stages of the delivery, it came packed in ice and was all in perfect condition. After putting some of the pastizzis in the oven, just wow the pea cakes and cheese cakes are just amazing! Can’t wait to try out the rest of the stuff as soon as possible if only my stomach would allow more inside, thank you so much, I will definitely be ordering again ! Thanks a million!

DO NOT ORDER, I ordered £100 worth on 31st March, now mid April and still not received goods, iv emailed several times, called etc, they have ghosted customers, stolen their money, im now in process of trading standards and police for fraud and theft, trade in Cardiff but they are actually Stoke on trent again false address, £100 is alot of money to be conned out of, disgraceful they do this to ppl,

BUYER BEWARE: I would prefer to give this place zero stars (but one is the lowest option). The owner has taken my money and has since 'ghosted' me. Order placed on 23rd March, items never shipped, no emails responded to and voicemails not returned. I was promised a call back that never came. I contacted Citizens Advice and on their suggestion I have now placed the matter in the hands of Trading Standards and Cardiff Police to investigate.

Mr Gatt your order was delivered on a Friday instead of the Wednesday and had informed you through an email. Although you said you never received it. When the order arrived the couriers didn't find any one in the house so returned your order to depot. As you recall I phoned you on Friday to tell you and you said you will come to pick it up yourself. A few days later I received another call were I was told when the delivery is going to be done and I told them that you said you are picking it up yourself ( apparently the other person didn't know that). After a few weeks you said you wish to cancel it and get the money back which we did immediately. You cancelled the order because you said you don't have time to come down and collect it due to your working hours. Money was deposited in your account immediately.
