We called with quite short notice and Francine sorted out everything including venue, entertainment, decor, food and party bags for our daughter's 5th birthday. We didn't have to do anything except turn up and bring the cake - it took all the stress out of organising a birthday party! Francine was great with the children and made everyone feel at ease. Highly recommended. Very competitive prices too, compared to similar services.

Send email to see if I can book a bday party for my daughter as she have been to one of them and really loved it. Reply from Francine that they will see if the vicinity has available space and will get back to me ASAP. Weeks later I’m still waiting... When I send message on messenger that I have sent the email and had no reply, all I got back was “ I did not get the email” - great! Just doesn’t look like they bothered or they are overbooked and don’t really care if they looks some custom. 2 start only because my daughter liked her friends party unfortunately she won’t be able enjoy her own. Thank you.

We had Rachel (Belle) at my daughters 4th party. As soon as she arrived she made me feel calm whilst organising the hall. She was amazing and the kids loved her. There was a range of activities/games for all kids which kept them occupied the whole time. Definately recommend.
