Rang Craig at ASR regarding a vacuum cleaner repair. He doesn’t actually deal with vacuum cleaners anymore but he asked where I live and he just happened to be in the area so he popped in and had a look at the job. It wasn’t a quick fix, but he showed me where to look on line for the relevant parts and showed me what needed to be done. 10/10 for Craig going above and beyond! Would definitely recommend! 😃👍🏼
