Hugely recommend this place. It was my first time using them for bike repair and service. Their desire to set my expectations on price and then talk through options with me once they’d diagnosed issues was really impressive and rare compared to the many other places I’ve used before who have often just handed over an unexpected bill at the end. Their prices are good, the service / care levels are exceptional, the work was good (it was the owners son who did my bike and he seemed to really know his stuff) and the owner Sham a) advised me to wait until my next puncture to decide if I wanted to replace my tyres rather than pushing to upsell me tyres and b) gave my 18 month old girl a model butterfly from their window display which has nothing to do with bikes but how sweet is that?!

My name is Deona I arrived in London on Thursday 25th from Johannesburg South Africa for the Ford Ride 100. I arrived with my bag packaged and required a bike shop to assemble the bike and to ensure that there was no damage in transit. I Googled bike shops in the area and A&S Cycles popped up with reviews that made me select them. I called Shay on Thursday explained my situations, she advised that they were fully booked but would glady accommodate me (upon seeing how the bike was). I dropped the bike Friday morning, she messaged Friday afternoon that my bike was ready for collection. I collected Saturday morning (and she glady stored my bike bag) and she will repackage my bike on Tuesday for my return home. I highly recommend A&S cycles and Thank Shay for her assistance.
