Sells parts that are not in stocks, says 2-5 days on the website, nearly 2 weeks later and if I hadn't phoned and messaged I wouldn't have known that it would have been another 2 weeks at least before they even dispatched my order, dont bother if you needed it ASAP, now have to wait for a refund and order elsewhere.

I ordered a timer for my Rowlett toaster, which arrived (in Australia) faster than expected over the busy Christmas period. However, when I installed it according to the supplier instructions it kept tripping the circuit. Amy was super helpful and prompt in going back and forth to Rowlett to diagnose the problem, and sending through the correct wiring diagram when Rowlett identified the issue. The toaster is back in operation, and I’m a happy customer.

Brilliant company to work with. I ordered spare parts for my Smeg oven and one part was correct the second wasn't. When i spoke to the Company they were very apologetic and onto getting me the correct part. straightaway. So nice to deal with an honest trustworthy company. I will def use them again.
