We have just used this company for the 3rd time, and will continue to do so as we travel back and forth between Florida and Hertfordshire. Our last flight was delayed by 24 hours, they accommodated this last minute unforeseen change, with no issues at all. They are quick to respond, communication as they pick us up from the airport is great, the cars are clean and in good condition, and Vassy is a really nice man, very helpful and polite. All round great service!!

Dishonest about how long taxi would be. Sent a text saying they were outside when they were not. When called to query where taxi was still insisted they were outside. Later got driver to call who was still some distance away. Meant missing the last train. Driver refused to apologise or explain the multiple lies

Whilst visiting England from the US, I had the good fortune to be booked transit with A Plus Taxi Service, both from Heathrow to Cambridge, and from Cambridge to Northamptonshire. The driver, Vassy, was thoroughly professional yet friendly, always exactly on time, a safe and courteous driver, and was a pleasant conversationalist throughout our two hour-long trips. I've taken many, many taxis in my travels, and A Plus Taxi Service stood out enough to warrant a direct review. Highly recommended for your next travels in or around Royston.
