Really impressed!! Admittedly I have done a total turnaround with this review (hence the below response from the company, doesn't match this one, and is the reply to my previous review) Originally I had been concerned i'd placed my order and as not received it yet and as it was a business i'd not heard of before, was worried i'd placed it with a potential risky firm....however.....it quickly became clear there was absolutely no need for me to be concerned whatsoever!! The company went out of there way to contact me directly on my mobile and reassure me re: delivery on my order. The MD called himself directly to cover all areas of concern, and was thoroughly charming and a pleasure to speak with. Totally commendable customer service!!

Order placed on 5th January. Part of my order came when expected (5-7 days later) but 7 parts of my order were missing. I emailed asking when the rest is due to be delivered as I'd had no correspondence regarding multiple deliveries. One part arrived a few days later. I received an email the same day asking if the rest had arrived - I informed them that one more part had arrived but still missing 6 items. I have since left 3 voicemails and have sent 5 emails asking for the whereabouts of the rest of my order. If someone had been in contact with me to keep me updated, or at least been honest and told me they don't know where the order is, I would have been happy. To receive no information whatsoever is really poor. The company now have a nice chunk of my money, but I do not have what I ordered. I am now seeking further advice from a legal body to help me get my money back. Edit: I was contacted by customer services after leaving this review. I spoke to a lovely lady called Karole, who was extremely apologetic and explained that there had been some confusion in the warehouse as my items had been marked as dispatch. She also explained that one part was out of stock and informed me of when I could expect this to be delivered. I totally understand these things happen, and although there was such a delay in hearing from the company, I appreciated having an update and an explanation. I've changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars as Karole was so lovely and the products I've received so far have been exactly as described and of excellent quality. I would consider shopping with them again, but not if I need something in a rush.

The goods ordered were ok, but I paid extra to have the rail delivered the next morning when my carpenter would be available. to fit it In fact they were not delivered until two days later. As I have had no response from the Company to my complaint it would seem that they are offering a service which is not in their control to deliver.

Prompt, well packaged, delivery. The paper towel holder is a useful product which occupies very little mounting space which makes it very versatile. Looks good too. My only disappointment is the poor 'green' credentials: designed in Canada; manufactured in China; distributed from the Netherlands; sold and delivered in the UK.
