They're lies Today we were at home waiting for delivery from those lies, the driver sent a text message to say he came 🙄 he left without delivery because no one was at home all lies, 11:50 I was at home personally your driver didn't come. Your driver didn't come erith today, avoid that lies people don't purchased nothing from them.

I received a text to say my delivery was being delivered, I waited in all day and nothing turned up, if I check the tracking system the parcel is still at the depot, I cant get hold of the depot to arrange for me to collect the parcel as no one is picking up the phone why do we the customer have to constantly put up with poor delivery companies when is someone going to invent a delivery company that actually can deliver on time in an allocated slot.

Absolutely terrible. I had a very expensive Christmas food order, with timed delivery selected. Apparently, the courier quit on the spot whilst en route, and returned the vehicle to Depot 91. The order could have still been delivered the next day (Christmas Eve) but they could not be bothered. Thanks for ruining Christmas dinner APC. I sincerely beg others to not use the courier service - especially Depot 91 (ME20 7NA).

I have received an email stating "We have attempted to make a delivery to you today, unfortunately there was no one available when we arrived" .. not true of course.. just to discover later checking the tracking details the picture they took was from a comercial unit somewhere behing my property.. and I thought Evri was bad..

Really poor service. Driver didn't ring the bell if they even got here. Depot doesn't answer emails promptly. When I called to find out why we had received no message, no card, no email, they had no response. Said that the driver must have pressed the bell and that they couldn't have made a mistake, even after admitting saying the driver had 130 deliveries to make in a day. Used to rate APC. Not anymore.
