Mole removal. I had a mole removal process about 3 months ago. On the whole I was very happy with the service, procedures and results. I found my practitioner very courteous and thoughtful as I unfortunately suffer a great amount of anxiety and was a bit of a needy patient. She couldn't have been kinder. I am happy with the results, the moles along my jawline have been reduced by at least 90% in size and are no longer coloured. I will be having more removed in future and am happy to recommend A New You.

My only reservation is that at my follow-up appointment, the final treatment did not quite produce the result I had hoped for.

Outstanding Results! I had treatment for skin lesions which have been bothering me for a long time, the procedure is also known as skin tag removal. The treatment was quick, using the latest Plasma Pen technology from the US. The recovery rate was remarkable! Within a week, the scars had virtually all disappeared!!! More importantly, Jackie knows this domain inside out, and the supporting team are also amazing :-)

Nurse Ayeisha performed my Botox & the result is exactly as I requested: Enabling movement & animation without visible lines. It is the only thorough muscle analysis I have ever had. Dr Andres, nurse Hilary & Ayeisha have performed Sculptra, jaw & lip filler. All practitioners & treatment results have really impressed me, a gem in cosmetic care.

My first visit this afternoon. Daniella was lovely, I had the hydra facial which I really enjoyed, very please with the immediate difference to my skin. My mother who I live with and rarely notices things commented twice how great my skin looked (she didn't know I'd had a facial). Everything was explained in detail to me which made me feel secure and in safe hands. As Daniella mentioned there is some redness now visible from the laser patch test. I'm looking forward to seeing the effects after that has died down and I am looking forward to going back next week already for another treatment.

I had a procedure in july 22 and only received one follow up appointment even though I contacted them about my appointment with the surgeon. I think this is pretty bad after paying nearly £11.000 pound for my surgery. I’ve emailed several times but have received no calls or anything.

I've left it a while before writing this and have subsequently been to and had plenty of other aesthetic/cosmetic procedures both in the UK and abroad. A New You stands out as the very worst. The list is: wildly inaccurate prices quoted initially by the receptionist; that receptionist being reprimanded for all to see; the feeling of a hard sell; told that the procedure would take half an hour but took four times longer than it should have; left with unbelievable swelling and bruising that required two weeks to heal; for four days I could barely eat or drink; surgeon disappearing when he had finished because he didn't want to deal with how upset I was at the shock of my appearance; no consideration to how I was going to get home in such a state; on the return visit for check up I was shown into a room that had some else's blood- soaked dressings on the bed which were hastily removed; now that I'm completely healed I feel that the look is sub-optimal. All in all I would never recommend this clinic to anyone unless you want to come away traumatised.
