From the showroom staff to the fitters service was first class. You couldn't wish for a more helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fitting was quick clean and efficient Nothing too much trouble even down to fitting new skirting board around chimney breast. More than excellent 6 ****** stars

Brilliant service. The shop was actually closed for maintenance when we visited, seeing we were in a tricky situation and needed a replacement flue pipe ASAP they were able to help get the right part for us there and then. Great chaps and the shop itself is an Aladdin's cave! Beautiful garden furniture, decorations, and everything you might need for your burner. There's even a cafe which I'm sure we'll be trying soon. Very impressed and so glad they're on our doorstep! Thank you A & N!

All I can do is say what a fantastic job these guys did. The care they have taken to install my wood burner. They were polite, knowledgeable and their work is clean and better than I expected. My wood burner is a bit battered, but they made it look like nearly new and they didn't have to as I hadn't bought it from them. Brilliant service, brilliant staff, just fab. Thank you Liam and the team. 😊

Website states it closes at 4pm as does the sign on the door. Arrived at 3 to be told they were closing by an grumpy staff member. Since we had driven there with our toddler, we were less than impressed. Will give our business the folk who want it.

We had made a 1.30 booking for afternoon tea and arrived on time (it’s only 1.45 at the time of writing this review). We were met by Mrs B who came marching out to tell us off for being half an hour late and that she has thrown out all the food. Her claim was that they rarely take bookings for 1.30. Clearly there has been a miscommunication here. We would not have booked 1pm due to a prior engagement for my birthday. But there was no acknowledgment that this could have been possible and we were scalded like children for being late by a rude and defensive Mrs B. She just left us standing in the car park - didn’t even invite us in to buy some cake or have a cup of tea. Very unimpressed. And spoilt a birthday treat for me and my partner.
