Avoid !!! Awfull service!!!! Take job agree repair within 2-3 days then no answer phone for 2weeks when answer very rude lair as will be fix next days again not answer for over week after 4eeks i decided go to this pseudo-garage find my gearbox dumped outside on rain half-hunted part layed on concred unsecured miixed with others some parts went rust take hours owner to find wich patrs from my gearbox awfulll .... I went by car to check my gearbox and they told me to leave it there one day. When I went to pick it up the next day, they told me to take the car home because they will call me when they would have an answer and they never called me again ... I will never come back and probably the ones who give 5 stars are their friends ... so I don't recommend it!

I never leave a review but after this terrible service I had to. Were do I start From the start it was not good, guy says his there from 9am (Duncan) so I have my mrs follow me with our baby to drop my car off so I have a lift back, didnt turn up till 10, we waited and I tried calling both mobiles didnt pick up. Then once the Work started didnt get 1 phone call I had to chase everything, even when the gear box wasn't able to be fixed he didnt call I had to chase, then I get a new gearbox delivered to him, I managed to find one and get it delivered next day and still he didnt call me let me know it's there he said he would call by the end of the day as the car should be ready did call again I tried calling but no answer. So i just went down there the next morning and Omg car is ready, dont know what they did probably went for joy rides as its was an s3. Anyway doesnt stop there , got the car back and it was filthy, grease all over the door cards seat hand break, I have a Alcantara steering wheel it was covered it grease floor was filthy, it not hard to have a seat cover steering wheel cover and some gloves handy. Absolute joke this man and his mechanic. Would never go back Service: Transmission
