Poor attitude towards clients gave disrespect when told he gave my client faulty injectors they fobbed us around telling us to do stuff that didn’t seem correct injectors for the mondeo were faulty and blamed my mechanic for the issue and told us to take tape off dodgey company do not recommend do your research before using this pillocks services

I feel like the reviews here are a little harsh, I'm a mechanic myself, I've diagnosed my own vehicle and know where the issue is, this garage told me what I already knew was the problem by pinpointing it down on information alone over the phone. Not only did the correctly diagnose the issue (s) but they also want to run test on the one injector first just to confirm as the problem may also be something else in that particular area in which I agree is correct. by just the make and model he knew the start of the serial code for the injector in question that to me shows they know what they're doing and must do this allot. Thank you for your help so far it's truly appreciated.

great service, I took one of my cans there that was having issues, other garages had said I needed a new fuel pump for £950, but after taking it here they diagnosed it corrt to be a small £15 sensor that was stopping fuel going to my engine.... saved me nearly £1000 for a very quick fix only took 30 mins and I drove a way.... one very happy customer thank you for your help and advice, I will certainly be returning all of my vehicles here when I have any issues in the future

Wow.. where do I even begin.. My engine was shaking when idling so took it to main dealer for diagnostics and they said fuel injector was misfiring and they were going to charge me £1000 to replace it so I looked elsewhere to sort this problem. Came across this place and was told I would be charged 150 per injector and then labour aswell which I was willing to pay.. the day went on and mechanic started finding more problems APPARENTLY and also stated that the problem wasn't the fuel injectors bearing in mind main dealer said 1 injector was misfiring and mechanic is saying 2 are damaged. I let him continue and then this went onto the next day when he told me that the cylinder head was now damaged so would cost much more but didn't tell me how much and also didn't mention that a replacement engine would be cheaper so he took out his injectors and put my old ones back in and tried to charge me £280 for not fixing my car and furthermore the car doesn't run properly in gear 3 and 4 now so I reckon he has messed the turbo also. I ended up paying 200 to get my car back which is even more damaged now than before. If you choose to do your work with him, be very careful.
