This little store is fabulous, because of its convenient spot and providing a piece of a restful corner with comfort food for young parents, especially on rainy days or hot summers with air conditioning. ♥️ Although the food pricing is comparable to or slightly higher than that of Chinese restaurants outside, it relates to low-sugar and low-salt healthy seasoning combinations, small amounts of homemade food (the cost is higher), and the cost of indoor space for toddler playing, which is truly healthy and kids-family friendly. Compared to those general cafes, the neatness and quietness are a bit messy, but come on, it is a parent-child restaurant, so things should be a bit messy that is just right. The staff have a warm heart if you raise your requirements to them face to face. If you do not like noise, then recommend having takeaway food & drinks, especially bubble tea is more low-sugar and healthy; if you do not mind noise and being exposed to little ones walking around, then enjoy food and a cute atmosphere in-store. 😊

Downstairs space was used for kids birthday party. It’s a beautiful place for organising gatherings or birthday parties for kids, spacious and it’s got toys for kids to play with too. There are plenty of chairs and tables to use. I highly recommend this Cafe for kids birthday parties.

I don't know how this place is highly rated. I am absolutely gob smacked 😳. The place has the oldest run down toys and it does not smell clean at all 😑. The customer service is cold and basically non existent. Honestly i have never been more disappointed. Decor is tired and run down and i cant see a food hygiene rating anywhere. Im just honestly shocked at how bad this place actually is. I most certainly do not recommend at all. AVOID!

They have great noodles thus the second star, but they always run out of tapioca. For a bubble tea store that is alwful..and worse if they do run out of an item they try and call to convince you to take something else instead of refunding or they cancel the whole order. This would be fine if deliveroo didn't hold on to your money for a week before refunding!!! At the end of the month in a crisis of living this is just not good enough.... Not cheap either.

We had our Son's first birthday here a few weeks ago. The people here are so lovely and accommodating, even allowed our pet dog come to the event. This place is a real Gem in Ealing for parents with young ones for both events and coffee. Kid-friendliness: loads of toys and space for children to play. The owners also have young children so they completely understand and are able to accommodate us
