In a word Sue is incredible. Many people can probably relate to the cycle of tidying up and then everything descending into its original state and then having to tidy up all over again. Sue came into our house and spent time listening to how we live and use each area of the house. We were then able to organise things in a logical way. Sue pointed out things we had never noticed before; small and simple changes that have made a huge difference. The end result is a tidy and organised space that is sustainable and just makes life...easier! Sue was also a catalyst for many other organisational changes throughout the house. Her advice and ideas continue to inspire our home improvements weeks after she first came to our house. Sue is a wonderful human being and is such a pleasure to spend time with. I feel very lucky that we found her and am grateful for all the time we spent together. Cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Sue!

I have worked with Sue several times when I felt I’ve needed a bit of guidance “getting a handle of my home”. I cannot praise Sue enough for her approach when supporting the sensitivities of my home. She is so able to hold space and allow you to explore your belongings, the whys of them and help you understand what you want and home to “feel” like! I will use Sue again 100% and recommend her with any area of organisation and running a home thats suits you! Thank you Sue!! Life feels easier and definitely more organised!! Amy

Sue came into my home after I recently moved to a larger house. Still working part-time, 8 months pregnant with two older children, boxes left to unpack, and on an obvious deadline, I needed to get organised (and fast). Sue immediately understood what I wanted and came up with a plan. Tackling the children’s play room, with mountains of books and toys, that needed to be categorised and cleverly tidied away. As well as a pantry that works for a busy family and overstocked garage! She was fantastic, incredibly professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to all the tasks she undertook. So pleased with the results and highly recommend her services, for big or small projects.

I have been struggling for a while feeling overwhelmed with the day to day management of my home, alongside a busy day job and caring for my family. I was finding it very hard to keep on top of the endless laundry and keep the kitchen clear. The progress made in two days with Sue was so much greater than anything I had managed previously working on my own. Sue took time to understand me and the way we live in our home. She asked insightful questions to help me see which items were important for me to retain, and gave me confidence to donate/throw out the things which are no longer useful or are not adding positively to our lives. Having Sue coach me through clearing out our kitchen and also her support to my family members in sorting through our clothes has brought clarity and reduced the burden of maintenance. We have also ‘caught the declutting bug’ and worked on other categories on our own, further improving our quality of life at home. I am excited and energised to continue working through our home, sometimes on our own, and through engaging with Sue again in the coming months. I had expected Sue to help us clear our home, but I hadn’t fully anticipated how much more calm and energised I would feel after only a couple of sessions.

I had read Marie Kondo’s book ‘The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying’ some time ago and I liked the idea of it but had not put any of it into practice. I then saw details of Sue’s online decluttering and organising course. I got in touch and signed up to ‘6 weeks to a life more organised’. The format was a couple of hours via zoom each week for 6 weeks with a small group of participants. It was great, it made the whole process manageable and is a step by step guide to organising your home. Sue explains how to tackle each category we get to ask any questions we have and then we have one week to complete the category. Sue set up a group facebook page where we could ask questions as we work through the category. At the next session we updated Sue and the other group participants how we got on and what challenges we had, this is useful as we can learn from the others in the group as well as Sue. As the 6 week progresses we tackle different categories and there is one week allocated to a category of our own choice. Sue is very good at advising on the best way to organise things and comes up with very useful solutions. What I found very useful about the course was the approach that Sue shared and that it works for all categories – it really does. My home was quite tidy and I would have said that I was organised however some of the techniques are great. It’s not just about decluttering its also about how to store things better and what a difference it makes. I can now find things much easier and I particularly like how I now store my jumpers. The 6 weeks are not long enough to work through all the categories however the skills that are gained will give you the confidence to continue on the journey on your own. The 6 weeks are an investment in time and effort but the results are well worth it and I would definitely recommend the course.

Sue is simply brilliant! As a busy new mum, with a full-on job, my “To-do List” kept growing longer. My husband found Sue after reading an Internet review & booked a package. She has a lovely warm manner & came into our home, with no judgement and tons of practical storage solutions/suggestions! We’ve had 3 visits so far & I look forward to each one, as we accomplish so much. Sue is fantastic at sourcing the best charities/collection points to re-direct our unwanted items & also helping us to make money from some of them. If you’re drowning in domestic chaos, book Sue & you’ll have your head above water in one afternoon. I can’t recommend her highly enough - our kitchen, wardrobes & bathrooms have never looked better.

We moved into our renovated property in stages - living in unusual patterns due to our frenetic work lives and the need to avoid areas still populated by builders. As the dust settled, we were still living in messy, unorganised chaos in our now beautiful home. Sue from A Life More Organised looked at the practical things one needs to do in a house and devised clever systems that worked with our peculiarities and those of our space. With Sue’s expertise, our house - and our lives - were transformed: no more wandering around in circles and stepping over piles. Sue tackled our project with energy, positivity and empathy and applied endless practical solutions that we can carry forward. I particularly appreciate the help sorting six sets of nearly identical grey bedding for three beds all of slightly different sizes - using google, a tape measure and label maker, Sue would not give up until she had the beds made up, the spares nearly folded, shelves labelled and instructions on the inside of the door to the linen cupboard. I wholeheartedly recommend Sue from A Life More Organised - what a treat!

We were given vouchers for Christmas as we had a new baby and were trying to get organised in our new home. Sue could not have been more fantastic. She was so kind and non-judgemental about our mess and very matter-of-factly helped us tackle what had seemed overwhelming. She helped us break down big projects into smaller manageable tasks and was so motivating. Her storage ideas have been amazing at making our things take up so much less space and our storage go further - we couldn’t believe how much more space we had when she was done! We have since got more vouchers of her time and have got vouchers for other family as gifts. We would very much recommend Sue to help anyone get their homes better organised.
