Ak is the worst ever taxi service! If you want to get somewhere late or miss appointment book them. The operators are absolutely lazy you can tell what posture they are working in by the tone of their voice. No empathy no care in their voice. My mum waited over 6 months for an appointment from QE. It was a Friday I called 11:30 and asked is jummah prayers would be an issue if I book for 1:30 I was clearly told NO. 1:30 ITS BOOKED NO PROBLEM. MY MUMS APPOINTMENT IS 2:30. NOW 1:30 COMES NO SIGN GAVE 5MINS STILL TEXTS CALLS. So I called the base and the boy who picked up the call was the most un professional person ever not even apologetic. AND HE CUT THE PHONE ON ME. I SAID I WANT CALLS LISTENED TO NO OPTIONS TO DO THIS I SAID I WANT TO RAISE A COMPLAINT NO PROCESS. THEN CALLED BACK WAS TOLD BY ALI TO CALL MONDAY TO SPEAK WITH SENIOR AHMED. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. MY MUM MISSED HER APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF THEM BEINF IRRESPONSIBLE AND NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER.

Disgraceful service. Worst cab company ever. Cancelled our cab whilst we were in the air for an airport collection. “We tried calling and you didn’t answer”, of course we didn’t. We were in the air. Took another 45 mins to get someone. Insisted on cash up front. Couldn’t call our mobile as it’s a foreign number. What a cab company…..
