I was a very happy customer years ago when I ordered Luxaflex blinds for the whole of my house. Unfortunately over the last month of chasing a price for replacement fabric they did not get back to me or replied to my email and have said they can no longer help as they do not do business with Luxflex anymore. Customer service quite appalling, they never get back to me when they say they would.
