Really easy service when I visited, full of knowledgeable people, and my DSLR's body had, what turned out to be a small internal corrosion issue, fixed. However, it did take two months before a technician could start working on my camera. once they got round to mine it was fixed up in a week or so. I'm not sure what situation caused the slow turnaround time (two weeks was the initial timeframe for repair) but there was no communication about this long delay and I missed out on photographing a few important events because of it.

Canon R3 and lens attached required sensor cleaning. There were numerous small specks of dust, which were eliminated in just over 1 hour. Good service and 12 years experienced of doing this work. Less risky than trying yourself with an expensive camera.

I sent in my Nikon D750 for a shutter replacement. They had run out of replacement shutters, but still took the camera and quoted £248+VAT for the service, including return delivery (verified in advance over the phone). I posted in the camera for about £7-8 insured delivery from memory. I then waited over 4 months for the service, and they charged an extra £15 for delivery. Disappointing, especially after (a) specifically asking for an all-in quotation and (b) waiting over a third of a year for the service to be completed with what should surely be a standard item they should always have in stock
