Hired a trailer on a day hire today . Staff were spot on and very helpful too. We both noticed one side light wasn't just right but agreed it was ok. Returned trailer 3 hrs later and boss came ion the go . Totally berated the staff member in front of me for and totally reduced the worker mere nothing . The boss also charged e an extra £30 ( for the said broken light ) but only because I challenged him and stopped him speaking to his staff like that . Yes the guy should of noted light was not 100% and yes I should of also pointed it out that it wasn't correct either. . Absolutely shocking way to speak to anyone never mind in front of a customer . Thought to myself a good handy trailer place but unfortunately I'll be looking elsewhere for a trailer in future ONLY DUE TO THE WAY THE BOSS SPOKE TO HIS EMPLOYEE. SHOCKING AMD BULLY

I was able to get my trailer repaired here after having a problem with the bearings. I took it into them at lunchtime, they were able to fit me in and have it finished by the end of the day. Happy to recommend and would happily use them again.
