We have used this funeral director over the past year and they are just amazing. At a time when things can be overwhelming, they just take over and take the pressure off the family. I have been dealing with Sarah at Titchfield and she has been so friendly and efficient right from the start - we are on first name terms now. The process is respectful, helpful and nothing is too much trouble; with a 24 hour on call service there is no need to worry if the inevitable happens at midnight. Sarah explained the process, what we needed to do and what would happen next. I can't recommend them highly enough to take care of your loved ones.

Thank you for your kindness, empathy and compassion while helping us arrange my dad's funeral. It was (and still is) a very difficult time for us, but Kate made the whole planning of dad's funeral as pain free as possible. The day of the funeral couldn't have gone any better either, and you made sure mum (and the rest of us) were comfortable on what will be the hardest day of her life. We could tell that the care dad received while in their care would have been first class. The ceremony itself was lovely and dad/his coffin was treated with so much love and respect. We anticipated the planning of our mums funeral to be really difficult and the expectation of preparing arrangements for mum during COVID would be close to impossible and we certainly came to AH Freemantle feeling lost and out of our depth.. however Sarah offered support and professionalism and guided us through the process perfectly.
