Bought a quest falcon 325 air awning from this company in last month . Went to use it a couple days later all went well till we inflated it , it stayed up maybe an hour before we noticed the bladder had gone soft , so we added a bit more air . Again same thing happened and we had to take the awning down . As we needed an awning we had to find a camp shop and purchase another awning . I messaged these guys with the problem, took a week for a reply with them asking for my email/ phone number stating they were sure they could sort it . Immediately responded with email , that was 7th June . Not heard anything from them since , despite me contacting them .. So if you want to waste £400 on a faulty awning choose these guys otherwise shop elsewhere!!

Awful customer service from this seller. My tent arrived faulty, but nobody seemed to be interested in solving the problem. Definitely do your research before buying anything from them,there are plenty of options and camping stores these days.

After a truly terrible experience with an awning purchase from a well know manufacturer. The team at A&E helped us with securing another suitable awning - upgraded to an Isabella. They managed to get the new awning to us so quickly. Very impressed with the quality of the awning and with everything that the A&E team did for us. Would be happy to recommend them
