Had the garage door installed 4 years and no problems until I went to unlock it one morning and the plastic handle snapped off and the lock moved so I could not get in. I phoned Andy only to be told I would have to pay £280 + VAT call out fee. I managed after about an hour to unlock the door when Andy arrived unexpectedly, he told me the door had been catching on the plastic ledge above ....wrong it hadn't, then he said someone had tried to break in....wrong I have security cameras directly above the garage door. I was spoken to for over half and hour like a naughty little schoolgirl and you cannot get a word in edge ways with this man and then I was told he could replace the handle and service the door for £175!!!!! I looked on ebay and bought a replacement for £15, fitted it myself and lubricated the gliders. Door is now like new and cost me less than £20. If you have got a 10 year guarantee like me don't expect it to be honoured and remember you can get spare handles and locks unlike what Andy said.

Excellent company to deal with. There was no pressure at the sales stage, just straightforward and honest advice for Corey. None of the silly "if I call may manager I can get you a discount" games and honest, clear pricing. Door fitted on the day stated with a minimum of fuss. Justin & Kai were absolute professionals taking care to finish the job to a very high standard. The door works perfectly and exactly as described. I would have no hesitation in wither recommending or using A-Door solutions.

Well impressed with my new garage door installed by A-Door Solutions. The initial telephone conversation answered some important questions I had and it was clear to see these guys know there stuff. The survey was also very impressive and professional. Their experience helped me make the right decision on specification and design. Installation was completely flawless with excellent communication and a finish on another level. They took my old broken garage door, fixings, new packaging and left site extremely clean and tidy followed by a clear demonstration. All warranty registration info was clearly written on my manual and explained. I would highly recommend and am extremely grateful for such a good job done.

Just had an automatic garage roller door fitted by Cory and Gary. The initial survey was conducted by Andy a couple of weeks ago. I must say that from the first phone enquiry to the completion of the installation, it was a pleasure to deal with this company. Everything went like clockwork and I am absolutely delighted with the final result. The fitters were efficient, polite and did an excellent job. They certainly take a pride in their work as can be seen from the final result. They even phoned ahead on the day of the installation to say that the had been slightly delayed, that doesn't seem to happen these days. I wouldn't hesitate to fully recommend A-Doors Solutions to anyone. WELL DONE !!
