Absolutely awful experience. Rejected the car 6 times across 13 months. Metal on the doors peelings off, painted rippling, they even tried to explain to me that gluing the metal onto door frames is common practise. The woman in reception is disgusting and rude; literally does not care what so ever. The car returned for the final time with what I can describe as bathroom sealant to seal the electric windows in with. I ended upselling it, if you honestly value your car, don't let your insurer send your car there, go somewhere else, choose your own.

Our insurance company took our vehicle here after a collision. The damaged panel has been replaced/repaired and colour matched with the rest of the car very well. However, Communication wasn't great, we were finding out 3rd hand about the progress of repairs. All the bulbs in the "replacement" light were blown. This should really have been checked prior to us picking the car up. Reverse camera wasn't plugged back in after being removed. 3 of the 4 tyres were almost flat.

The workmanship was great, but the 'over the phone' service side was more akin to a taxi office of the 90's. The finished product is whats important and very happy with that.

Insurance work if had a choice wound not use them ever again. Attention to detail poor. Paint job it's self was OK (colour match was good) Would advise to go look at the work before they deliver the vehicle back to you.

Insurance chose this garage. Emsworth branch. Work is fine but communication is absolutely shocking, the lady in reception is so rude. After not being updated that my vehicle was delayed from 3 days to 2 weeks in the end. Which is fine but not if I’m not informed! Received my vehicle back and it wouldn’t start, 45 mins after it had been driven to my home. I called the garage asking if it had needed to be jump started, they said no and then double checked with the driver who said it did need to be jump started. Why would you not tell me when you deliver the vehicle that you had to jump start? I could have left it running to charge the battery. The communication was atrocious and the hire car company said they received lack of updates from them as well, they were being provided with updates via myself. Awful.
