Only go in when John is in. Other times ...... DONT BOTHER..... WASTE OF TIME ...... even on phone. "Bored pensioner" sat behind desk, chatting to "old mates".... one word answers given. Can well imagine, lots of business lost. I wouldnt have bothered unless I'd met "the Kingsholm Beefcake" previously !!!

Normally a good shop, with good customer service and helpful staff but today I went in asking for some Bisley .177 practice pellets, all I got in reply was "got none." I asked if they had any other .177 pellets in and got a "yep." Eventually I just decided to leave as clearly my business wasn't wanted. I'm sure this is down to the staff present at the time as the other times I have been they have been wonderful.
