I am extremely grateful for the service at A&D motors. I bought a second hand BMW, it was having some issues so I brought it to the garage for diagnostic and repair. The mechanic was extremely professional and friendly, the mechanic (to the cost to the garage) did some further investigation beyond what I had booked in for and found some very unsafe historical repairs - which meant I returned the vehicle to the dealership. I am very thankful for the additional investigation and general service and advice. Thank you again - Craig.

What can I say, amazing customer service and I was kept up to date all the way through. I had just bought my BMW 520d from a major online sales company and soon noticed condensation on the rear LED lights. Then the EML come on. They booked me in with Andy at A&D. Andy don’t mess about and has extremely high standards. He told me of his findings with my new car and how difficult it was for him to get it sorted as quickly as he wanted it to due to the dealers procedures etc. Three days later I collected my car, I was shown my parts that were removed and I could see for myself that the previous owner who sold the car to the dealer I bought from may not have been as honest as they could have been. End result was quality workmanship from A&D and a happy me! 5 star all the way. Also the lady in the office is equally as nice and friendly. Keep up the good work guys! Super friendly garage, who were happy for me to drop by since my car's convertible roof had jammed half shut! Andy sorted it there and then. Had likewise been incredibly helpful when my wife's car had needed a new fuel tank some months before. The garage had been able to collect car which had been un-driveable, and the car had been fixed quickly and perfectly. Thank you again. Much appreciated!
