We needed a new roof. Got several estimates Booths was the best. The day came the scaffolding went up no problems. Booths kept us informed and came to do the roof on the date promised. They were very methodical tidy and polite cleaning up at the end of each day. Mr Booth himself came to inspect the work. I was never asked to pay a penny until the job was completed to my satisfaction. They did an excellent job which i am very pleased with. Good work Booths. Service: Roof installation

Great experience from start to finish , we had a new roof put on the house the chap came a gave us a quote, he did warn us about the wait it was a couple of months , I organised a date for them to arrive , the scaffolding went up a few weeks before they even had to take a few panels of my car port off to get thae scaffolding up first. And they did a very professional job,the work men was friendly a clean and tidy they checked for screws a nails when finished daily always on time , we had a minor repair on the chimney which they informed me they showed me pictures of before a after to show work carried out , during the time of work one of my panels on the car port got wind damage , but when the scaffolding came down they replaced it a put all panels back up . After the job they left us a month or so to check there was any problems with the roof gave us a call to check we was happy a issued the bill it was as quoted. I strongly recommend the company I know they are worth the wait but honest good work men are hard to find . Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

The buyer wanted a second opinion on a roofing quote that i provided for her’ contacted AD booths to come out and assess the roof along with the original quote listing what needed doing. One of there roofers came out Tuesday 14-3-23 it was only my partner home at the time he asked her a couple of questions which she wasnt sure and instructed him to call me. The roofer contacted me i explained what needed doing and sent him a copy of the quote which was given to me by a different roofer for him to quote from from what my partner told me he was at the property 5 mins. I then contact AD booths today 17-3-23 to find out about the quote the office told me that apparently they were too busy to quote this job even though they turned up to look at the roof!. This isnt the best of it!!!! My estate agent informed me My buyer also contacted AD booths to find out information surrounding the quote’ AD booths then told my buyer they were not willing to do the job because i told them to cut corners!!!!!!!! This company knows no bounds absolutely disgusting behaviour lying unprofessional and damm right wrong!! This kind of behavior could have potentially broke my property chain! They had no right to come out with such things as they didn’t actually quote for the work and was at my property 5 mins at best’ i have read previous reviews and it seems as know there is a lot wrong doings I will be taking this up with managment to the highest level!!!

We booked in to have work done on the roof in May and got fobbed off several times. Eventually we found out that we hadn't been put in the bloody diary! Then they assured us we would be first in line in the next available space which would have been mid-August. They never called to confirm, they ignored our calls, eventually we got through and they blamed the scaffolder and yet didn't do anything about it until we rang them several times. We have had excuse after excuse after excuse and still don't have a new roof. Being a Stokie I had seen their signs everywhere and heard the ads but I'm frankly embarrassed for suggesting them, we do not trust this company and even if they were to show up I don't think I'd trust them to complete the work.
