They spelt my mums surname wrong on the flower card,and they didnt do a good job with my mum when they made her presentable,the lining in the coffin looked tacky and they put s dressing down my mums neck instead of using makeup to cover the postmortems scars,they didnt even pull me to one side to explain it,i blamed the coroner but it was tadmans,i wouldnt recommend them wish id gone with the other ppl who did my dad proud
