    I was fortunate enough to find these guys via a link and got fantastic service as a result. Matthew was very attentive and I was able to part exchange some cymbals that were gathering dust for a lovely new snare. Whole thing inside a week. Very much more preferable than online market places, where as the seller you have next to no protection. Lovely to see a shop doing well, the places I used in the past are long gone.

    I'm a young pensioner and I think that this business must have the best after-sales service/support of any company that I have ever dealt with in the last 40+ years. I ordered (my first purchase) my Yamaha keyboard online and I have needed some help with understanding a lot of things. All of the staff that I have spoken to are very knowledgeable, very helpful and Keith has demonstrated the patience of a saint! They also have very competitive prices too.
