I had Andrew and his team come and pour me a concrete base for a project of mine on short notice (which was highly appreciated) they turned up early and set up before the concrete arrived, I had came across a few problems with my base that the team soon rectified with no problems at all, well pleased with the finish, a clean and tidy job. In my many years' experience of using tradesmen there's no one quite like Andy. He's everything you want and more - cheerful, polite and punctual, excellent workmanship, no loud music, easy to get a response from and great at keeping me informed. His prices are very reasonable with a 10-year guarantee. He originally came to me highly recommended and has exceeded the all my high expectations. Today he has done another excellent job, this time for an elderly relative and he even knocked £20 off his quote as he said it had cost him less than he expected. I can't praise him enough. The only downside - like all the best tradesmen he gets well booked up so do plan well ahead for any jobs you have in mind.
