This could be a long read folks but i simply can't praise AB Liveaboard Boats/Hemel Marina enough. These guys are the best in the business! I purchased my first boat from Alex and Brett back in Feb '22. Going in as a complete newbie they guided me through every step, all the pitholes (and loopholes) and prepared me with the knowledge and confidence needed to make a purchase. The boat itself was exactly what i was looking for and the guys did additional repair work and got her up to scratch for me ready to rip out/ fit out for new. As a marina they have all the facilities, gear and staff required to get what you need. The level of knowledge and expertise these guys have is quite scary. The welders regularly undertake extensive welding work for customers and their work is absolutely flawless. The painting, blacking and signwriting services that are available also are fantastic, top quality work. Brett and Alex's knowledge with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems is second to none, you will he hard pressed to find two more knowledgeable guys that work so well together. Add to this the well equipped chandlery, careful crainage and launch facilties and you have quite possibly the best service provider of marine/boat services in this part of the country. What sets AB Liveaboard Boats apart from the rest is simple really. Firstly the stock they have for sale is carefully/thoroughly inspected ensuring no comeback is left on the buyer and most importantly the personality, humour, dedication and care towards it's customers is on another level. They genuinely care about their customers and will go above and beyond to look after you. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody, particularly first time buyers and i can't wait to buy another boat from them.
