I can’t comment on the quality of service given by the engineers, but I would never use this company again based entirely on the rude and unhelpfulness of the woman who answered the telephone when I called to enquire about a call out that I’d missed due to confusion and ill health. She was deliberately unhelpful, totally lacking in empathy and refused to answer my questions about what I might do in an emergency situation as they were booked up for 6 weeks but I had a boiler problem that needed immediate attention. Her attitude was appalling.

I was quoted £395 for the replacement of a corroded safety valve on a boiler. As a non specialist, I contacted other companies to investigate the typical costs. Every single company stated that the price quoted was over £100 too expensive! Several times, I’ve politely requested a breakdown of parts and labour, unsurprisingly I haven’t had a response!
