Needed to get to the hospital last night and had no way to get there. The taxi came quickly and the driver was very kind, unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was brilliant. Once we arrived at the hospital he waited to make sure I got inside ok and, because they weren’t busy, waited for me to come back out and took me straight home. Outstanding experience during a stressful time.

Had a taxi booked last night for 10:30pm, didn't turn up but text saying they were outside. This was at 10:50pm and had to get back because of commitments, rang taxi company & all they could say was "they are there" explained they weren't and was stood waiting 10 minutes before we expected them and they didn't turn up to which they said "sorry love" Really struggled to find a way home at that time of night due to this and was not really any help at all to resolve the situation.

Don't know who was driving today... But make sure your drivers are aware that stopping in the middle of a road to let childrean out and at school pick up time... around 3.25 today( 1-3-19) outside a school is not the SAFTEST option! I had to pull my kids behind me to walk into the road to check for on coming traffic so that I could get my children safe across the road!!!

Great service. Good price too. Clear voice on the phone when I called. Said be with me in 5 mins, the chap turned up in 3. Good local knowledge and right to our boat which was moored at Goole visitor mooring. Recommended taxi service for Goole.
