Really good customer service as I bought new frames but mistakenly requested a reading prescription rather than screen length for work. I returned to see what could be done and the manager and assistant manager were very understanding and swapped the lenses free of charge . Now that is good service bet you wouldn't get that at a certain other high St opticians.
