So far, I have had only good experience with this clinc. Most of the time, it's impossible to get appointments for the day after in Central London clinics, but this one seems not to be so busy and helped me get assessed faster. Seems efficient and respectful. Hopefully, it will stay like this.

Absolutely love this clinic, the personal is lovely. 4 years in london trying other one, that’s where I felt the most confortable. BUT why is it so hard to have someone pick up the phone!!!!!! I remove one star for this. ❤️💔

Having just moved back to the UK from America, even with strikes and budget cuts the NHS is an absolute Godsend. Staff here were all so friendly, I was seen 15 mins early, I felt very respected and safe even in a typically uncomfortable appointment due to the exposing nature. Cannot recommend this clinic enough, thank you to all the staff who are true heroes in the health field.

An older lady helped me (Joan?). Extremely rude and judgemental. She made it continuously obvious how irritated and full of disapproval she was in response to my answers. Don't always use protection? She sighs deeply. Can't remember exactly when the last time you had intercourse was? She tuts loudly. At one point it got so bad I had to actually explicitly tell her I got the impression she was angry in some way and why that may be. She didn't even respond, just stormed out "needing to speak to the doctor" for the fifth time. To top it all off she made several factually incorrect claims, whilst rudely snapping at me that I was wrong in what I was saying (it is easily verifiable that she was making false claims about symptoms not being indicative of a certain disease). Never in my entire life have I experienced something like this at a medical center - I left speechless.
