Have been using these guys for a few years now and booked 9 flights from them overall. He was recommended by a family member, who has also used his services numerous times. The customer service is amazing. Shakeel, works miracles. He might be a magician. There’s times where he’s got me tickets that have worked out cheaper than advertised by the airline (2018). Other times, he’s managed to get me tickets for flights that were fully booked. I don’t know how he does it but I completely trust these guys. If the computer says ‘No’, he says ‘Yes’. Purchases 3 tickets on last minute on 14/03/23 for a flight leaving within 12 hours when Air Transat showed no seats available on their system. Again, arranged emergency travel on 15/03/23 for 3 seats, leaving within 12 hours, also fully booked. Presented us with two options for either meet and greet parking or offsite parking, explaining difference in prices and benefits. I’ve never met Shakeel, nor have I been to their Travel Agency but blindly trust these guys. He’s the ‘Go To Guy’ for any flights.

I and my elderly mother had to attend a marriage in Dubai and we were flying from Los Angles. Unfortunately at the very last minute we had to call off from this trip due to my mother illness and I called 7Seas Holidays explaining them the situation. Booked the Flight, Hotels and airport transfer to Makkah and Madinah. Mr Shakeel Ahmed was very helpful and provided valuable advice and all the local contact numbers in Saudi Arabia. Upon arrival at Jeddah airport, I needed to purchase a local SIM card with data package but was unable to exchange money as the computer system at the Money Exchange was down. The chauffeur very kindly paid for the SIM card and helped select a suitable package. He was also available for advice throughout the our stay in Saudi Arabia. The accommodation and facilities at the hotels (Swissotel Makkah and Pullman Zamzam in Madinah) were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience. I would like to say a big Thank You to 7Seas Holidays and do highly recommend them.
