I have my friend recommend to went the shop Because my massage therapist, I was impressed, She always asking about feelings of pain. I feel relaxed But I was disappointed with the receptionist. Her name starts with Nina. I asked for details about the price. But the harsh response and look unfriendly she is very rude and unprofessional and difficult talking with her and her English not good and bad customer service .to be honest I never met anyone who is unfriendly and very rude like her. This size before None of the services impressed me at all. The shop has a bad smell, the clothes are not clean. Guys, look carefully, the store is very dirty, and you can turn on the lights and see how dirty it is. Going in probably looks good because it's dark and the lights are off. All the time, I've turned on the flashlight from my phone and looked for the stuff that fell under the bed. Omg.... I can barely describe it. Too dirty for me to sleep, massage, sleep for hours at this shop. Really very disappointed

Hidden pricing, they add costs on top after you have paid for the treatment and refuse to refund if you want to cancel the booking not to pay for ‘extras’. Very dissapointing experience, why aren’t you upfront with the pricing and try to cheat people? There are many salons nearby that are far more accommodating and transparent with prices, avoid this one!

Great massage (deep tissue), but damp smelling towels a slight put off :( . Some incense in the room or a nice smelling humidifier would have improved this rating to 4 stars. And 5 stars if it wasn’t for the damp smelling towels.

Just finished my treatment first time getting microdermabrasion.. Absolutely amazing!! My face is fresh and less pigmented, i feel amazing. I’m a very reserved person and as a black woman i was anxious if their treatment was accommodating for my skin type and absolutely, every step was explained to me, also got a complimentary head massage. Very clean and warm spa.. highly recommend
