I paid nearly £500 for the driving experience for my husband and due to the limited days available, his freelance work commitments and ill health the voucher expired. He had already paid to extend it several times BUT at no point did we receive an email to notify us on the expiry date. He tried to explain the situation to the extremely rude staff member over the phone but to no avail. DO NOT use this company!!!! We have spent nearly £600 and have nothing. The customer service is appalling and I am only sorry I ever contacted this atrocious company!!

DON’T LET YOUR VOUCHER EXPIRE! I had a voucher (£500) bought as a fiftieth birthday present, but sadly expired before I could use it. They don’t actually have as many dates or tracks available as I thought, hence it was difficult to find a time to redeem it. It is possible to extend a voucher at a cost, but has to be done within the lifetime of the voucher. Beyond that, they will not honour the voucher and no amount of pleading or begging will help. This is in the T&Cs, but not to have any kind of redress for expired vouchers is pretty shoddy customer service. There are other racing experience companies who may be more forgiving, so consider this before using 6 gear.

DO NOT BOOK THE FORD RS EXPERIENCE (at top gear track) First off the track was better than other experiences I have been on and I wasn't told to slow down. Now for the other not so good bits. First off on arrival, the blonde woman at reception, awful. Halfway through registering she disappears to do god knows what. She gave absolutely no details on the day or where to go next. We presumed the unorganised mass of people is probably the place to go. We approached a guy with a clipboard and showed our ticket, which was for the Ford RS. Turns out (as this wasn’t explained) that everyone must do a demo lap with an instructor at the wheel before driving round the track themselves, fine. The issue with this is the Ford RS is used by every single person on the day for a demo. We stood for 30 minutes waiting for the guy with a clipboard to sort my experience in the Ford RS, whilst it was consistently going round the track for demos. Eventually another guy got involved and demanded to see my ricket, in which he then tried to man handle me into a queue!? Anyway, I finally had my four laps which wasn’t bad and the man handler was actually friendly on our way round. We were also supposed to have a hot lap with an instructor (I presume they drive real real fast for us) but again they expected us to wait at the back of the 30 minute queue for the demos to end? Why not just quickly do the lap when I’ve finished my experience. I tried to explain this to matey boy with the clipboard and it fell on death ears. We obviously did not do the hot lap, I suggested may we use one of these supercars for our hot lap, that have been sitting around for 20 minutes with clipboard man shouting “PORCHE ANYONE” with no response (person is probably on a demo in my Ford RS) but this was laughed off. I mean the lap is only 45 seconds, and could have saved this bad review. All in all dont book the Ford RS experience!

I would give them 0 if I could. My experienced was delayed due to COVID. They claimed they had sent emails on two occasions about rebooking. Having checked, these did not arrive. Apparently there is no chance of booking now. Very disappointing.

I had a fantastic time experiencing the Nissan GTR at the Seighford Track in Stafford on Friday 23/09/22 The staff were friendly and took the time for me to absorb the awesomeness of the car and the experience. The instructor was an incredible real down to earth guy that made my experience one to remember we had a great introduction at the start and a look around the car I was driving along with a selfie of me in the drivers seat. The Instructor allowed me to drive paddle shift as I drive a car with paddles so I was able to shift gears myself and that made it even better. I could push the car harder and faster and with him talking me through the best gears and approach to each corner I was able to blast down the track with confidence overtaking a couple of cars at the same time. This car is my dream car and it lived up to its expectations it was great! I did 9 laps in total so I could embrace it’s lightning bolt power and handling capability’s so if you’re stuck for a car to choose add this one to your list because it’s flies it grips and it feels so safe you will not be disappointed. After my laps I went and purchased 17 high resolution photos of me driving with great angles of the car as I was driving. I then had a fast lap around the track in a Focus RS driving by one of the experienced instructors which surprised me how fast they were! Overall it was a great experience and it’s now Sunday and I’m still buzzing off it. I’m smiling as I review the photos. Thank you for making it an experience to remember and I’ll defiantly be back to drive that Nissan GTR again and maybe one day have the money to buy one. Regards Nathanael

Brought this as a red letter day drive 3 super cars....you have to pay extra for insurance £35... then £10 for a test lap that you don't actually drive, they try to sell photos videos etc....but the experience itself was so disappointing...so rushed....so impersonal....my son was told to slow down going 75mph..??? ....!!!!! Couldn't take photos....no time to even look at the cars just get in drive, out next....and the instructors were so moody ....Not Good

Waste of money and really feel ripped off. Pay extra for insurance. Told if windscreen goes it’s our cost, paid extra for USB, to my horror see the instructor telling my partner to slow down when the point is to experience the car and is even seen taking the steering wheel several times. 2 laps on 2 cars (3miles) over in less than 5 minutes Chicanes slow you down so you can’t experience the car to its potential and then told to slow down anyway. Better off putting the money on go kart down at the seafront at least you can drive it! And for a fraction of the price

Would be infinitely better if they had allowed me to change gear when I wanted to. Being told off for changing gear put a real annoyance factor to it. Imagine driving a Ariel Atom and being told that when you get to fifth gear just leave it there! The drive there and back in my own car was much more fun and lasted longer.
