I had an appointment at 8.30 they eventually opened the shop door at 8.35. I went in & was seen by some fella with the biggest attitude ever who grunted at me to sit downstairs & wait. Eventually told by Mr Attitude to go in some room with him. After some more inaudible grunting off Mr Attitude I walked out & went to another optitions that will actually treat me like a customer & give me some respect.
